Race Director reserves the right to add or eliminate race categories.

Total Race Limit 240 participants

All pricing is per team.

Take a kid mountain biking is one kid and one parent or adult over 21. This category allows adults to ride on course with their kids.

Age limit for youth in other categories is 14 ( unless otherwise arranged with the race director) All other youth teams must register in regular categories.

All price changes thereafter happen at 11:59 pm On-line registration closes October 30 11:59 pm

Walk -up Registration: Registration and changes will be available during packet-pick-up on Friday if space permits

Day of Registration is available from 7:30 to 8:30 for registration or rider substitution, provided space is available.

Extras

All racers get an event T-shirt or socks, race goody bag and Swag Raffles and give-a-ways, and discounts to local vendors and shops.

Race Changes and Cancellations

All entries are transferable during year of race

Transfers/change fee are  Early Bird-free, Regular – $10, Late- $20

 

Category Changes

We are glad to change your team if you loose a member or gain one. It is a one time fee per team name and is the same as the transfer fee.

The are NO REFUNDS. We begin planning, permitting,  and purchasing items for an event well in advance based on your pre-registration. Therefore we have a strict policy no refund policy. Be aware when you decide to register. We feel like our flexible transfer and change policies should accommodate most people and situations.

Cancellations

The safety of racers, your crew, and our volunteers and staff is critically important to us here at GRO ! This means there may come a time when a race must be delayed,  shortened or canceled due to Mother Nature or other uncontrollable circumstances. In this situation we will do our best to modifying time so we can get fair results, but under no circumstances will refunds be issued.

 Race Charity

Gro Races is a proud member of the Dixie Mountain Bike Trails Association, the southern Utah  chapter of IMBA. This event is being hosted in part to raise money and awareness for the planning, construction, and maintenance of local trails. GRO works with DMBTA to build new opportunities for bikes and trail in Washington County. Please consider donating a little extra during registration or joining.
